 The only thing that was bothersome for me was the television situation. I have a 3 1/2 yr. old child and we were not able to watch television without having to pay for it, we did not have local television in our room, luckily for me we had our dvd player.Otherwise our stay in Reno was lovely. - 02-Oct-2007 Pleasant experience at the Reno La Quinta. The staff was very helpful on several fronts. We were upgraded to a suite due to no non-smoking room being available. The suite did not smell of smoke which was a nice surprise. Even though the motel is located next to Hwy 395 and our room faced the freeway, I never really heard the freeway (and that usually bugs me).
