 The local bus and the bus from Positano or Amalfi stop at the hotel. The hotel has a short drive to walk up, NOT steps. It is opposite the steps to the beach where you can catch the ferry to Positano and then change to the Capri ferry. Lovely terrace to eat your breakfast overlooking the water, just like the photos. Very quite location just a short trip on the bus to either Positano north or Amalfi south. There is also a direct ferry from Naples to Positano for only 9 euros and then the local bus from Positano to Praiano for 1 euro- 10-Jul-2007 Excellent breakfast with breathtaking views. Raphael provided quiet yet efficient service. Claudia & Enzo were welcoming and most helpful in assiting with all requests. Bus stop directly under the hotel and quite reasonable restaurants within the vicinity. Large rooms and bathrooms (with bathtub) have fabulous panoramic ocean and escarpment views. Mini bar fridge is adequate. Praiano is halfway between Amalfi and Positano.- 28-Jun-2004 |
