 Having visited several times in the last 4 years was very disappointed in the attitude of the staff, very off hand and dismissive. we where unable to get room service as there is only one waiter said the receptionist, this after 3 telephone calls. Not at all impressed. also most of the reception staff apart from Anna where surly and unfriendly. not all up to your usual standards.- 24-Jul-2009 Hotel was lovely and very clean. Shame all the SPA was all extra an dthe golf courses was a taxi ride away.
