 We found the staff very helpful.We had no kettle in our room only a coffee making machine as I dont drink coffee I asked for a kettle which was brought immediately. When we arrived we asked for a room at the front overlooking the sea but none were available but after 3 days they rang us to say there was a front room on the same floor so moving wasnt a problem The two rooms we had were a good size and the balcony had lots of room.I asked if I could book our boarding passes, which was done for us at the PA office unfortunately this wasnt possible for our flight but this was done without any charge and if they had been able to print the boarding passes this would have been free of charge as well.So all in all everyone was very helpful. - 03-Nov-2008 |
