 La cumbre hotel was set in a beautiful location on a hill, where the views of mountains, beach, marina could be enjoyed. we sat on out balcony most nights with a glass of wine, enjoying the sights, and listening to the music the hotel had put on speakers outside. It was the most relaxing holiday I had in years. It is NOT for people looking for excitement. Most of the guests were elderly spanish people. But its the perfect location for a romantic relaxing break away. A la carte restaurant is very good. I had steak- yum and my partner had pork which he enjoyed. Breakfast very satisfactory. Just stay away from the 15euro evening menu, which encompasses a buffet of very spanishy food and was quite a scary, but funny experience. Stay with the a la carte restaurant or the bar food!!!! really enjoyed my stay here. Place was unreal clean and staff were so nice adn friendly.- 01-Mar-2008 We had B&B only but we did have some food from the bar menu which was nice. The location of the hotel was excellent and within walking distance of everything needed for the duration of our stay.
The port was a 5 minute walk and was full of places to eat and drink.
