 New Otani Hotel is a good hotel in a good location. Their courtesy van service allowed us to come in on the train and not have to worry about driving or taxi's. The hotel is basically clean but getting kind of warn in places and could use some work. The shower in our room turned scalding hot suddenly and then very cold. It was quite dangerous. When reported, the front desk was responsive.- 22-Feb-2007 The hotel seems to give preference to Japnaese guests to the extent that low tariff guests such as myself are offered the least attractive room locations.
