 The hotel claims 5 star, I would give it 3.5 stars. The rooms are small and not great at all. There isnt even a powerpoint in the bathroom to plug in your hair dryer! The rooms smell like smoke - even in a non smoking room. Though we were upgraded on arrival, the room was terrible for the price we paid! The location is great though! so close to the shops and about 15 minute walk from Legian where all the clubs are located. It's about 2 mins walk from Kuta markets and about 5 mins walk from Discovery Mall.- 09-Jul-2009 Good Hotel, Food great, location good, staff friendly and helpful. Pool area very good.
