 The hotel is situated in an ideal location however currently there are roadworks outside and around the hotel therefore the entrance was a bit chaotic. The check-in process was good and they were able to provide what I wanted. The luggage area was chaotic (again) as check-in and check-out luggages were put together in the reception hall way! The standard/superior room was a bit on the small size or cosy otherwise it was clean and well provided e.g., dressing gown, slippers, toiletries including toothbrush. I chose the hotel because it was convenient to pick up the airport bus A21 outside of the hotel however it wasn't possible during the day so had to walk a few yards up to the next bus stop. It would be good for the travel agencies and hotel to state there is roadworks happening around the hotel.- 30-Nov-2007 The hotel is a very good location. Close to Nathan rd and MTR. Only downside was the size of the room. It's extremely small! we had a twin room, and hardly had any room to walk to the bathroom. - 28-Nov-2007 The location of the hotel is excellent.
