I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle. The surrounding area had a vibrant and lively atmosphere, which I absolutely loved. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Hop on bus, making it super easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They even provided lactose-free milk for me, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely firm bed. The daily housekeeping was also a great convenience. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that I truly appreciated.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. It felt like a real home from home with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and sofa. The welcome pack of milk, cereals, bread, and drinks was a lovely touch and made us feel instantly welcomed. The gated parking was a convenient and cost-effective option. the location was fantastic, being just a short walk away from the main attractions and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

While our street-level room had its benefits, such as easy access to the entrance, it did get a bit noisy at times. This was only a minor inconvenience and wouldn't discourage us from staying at this hotel again.

My stay at Knight Residence By Mansley was excellent. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The welcome basket with shortbread and whisky was a generous touch and much appreciated. Everything in the apartment functioned as it should and was as described. The location was also great, with the Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle within walking distance. I was able to explore Edinburgh on foot during my three-day stay, and there was a Sainsbury's nearby where I could buy groceries. The property manager, a Portuguese gentleman, was outstanding - responsive, welcoming, and very helpful. He truly made a difference to my stay.
