 Had booked the budget accommodation but because the hotel was really quiet we were upgraded to a tower room which was a nice surprise. Facilities looked a little tired but everything was clean and the shower was wonderful. Staff were very friendly. The free buffet breakfast was wonderful! Would certainly stay again.- 07-Jul-2008 I felt the description of the hotel room e.g balcony gave it a different meaning to what you actually got.- 15-Jan-2008 we were satisfied with our stay at Kingsgate, the hotel was good but were not impressed with the facilities (spa in particular was very shabby), also first impression of hotel was poor (looked very run down from the outside, needs paint job etc).
