 The hotel is near to the Hay Street shopping mall. That was the plus point. The room TV was unserviceable on the second day of my stay and was replaced on the third day's evening after many calls to the reception. Other than that, everything was fine.- 29-Aug-2008 For many years I was a freelance journalist writing about accommodation venues so try to be constructively critical. A few things could be improved:-
Reception - No welcoming smile checking in or checking out.
Pillows - One too hard; one lumpy. Couldn't get stations on the radio.
Breakfast in restaurant: Service excellent but choices could be improved. No soy milk available - had to go get some; no variety in the breads or cereals, like good healthy muesli. The convenience of the hotel plus parking concession made up for the inconveniences however. - 19-May-2008 this hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, close to free innercity transport and all eating and entertainment venues. I and my family enjoyed our stay and would recommend eating at the hotel restaurant where the food was superb and all staff were pleasant, helpful and informative.- 21-Jan-2008 |
