Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and fabulous spa.

This was a great hotel for a nice relaxing vacation. Across the street from Karon beach (much less crowded than Patong Beach, even over Chinese New Year). It was never a problem to get a chair/umbrella by the pool or at the beach even though hotel was full. Beautful beach to swim or relax. Good tour desk to book day trips! Close to Patong (5-10 min by Tuk Tuk) for the nightlife as well.

Loved our poolside room where we stepped straight from our room balcony to the pool. Room was large and comfortable. Great location opposite the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. Beware the small travel agents in the streets. We booked a trip to Phi Phi Island - our "pick up" arrived one hour late, and others in the pick up van said they had been waiting since seven o'clock in the morning and were picked up at 12 o'clock!
