 Our overall experience at the Karama Hotel was very good. The rooms are very spacious, unusual for most hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service was good. We didn't like the breakfast served in the restaurant, but tried a room service breakfast, which was very good. There was no traffic noise, but there was occasionally some shouting noises to be heard from rooms and also some music noise from the night clubs. However, this was not too bad.
There are plenty of little shops nearby and Karama market is only a few minutes walk away. This is excellent for bargain hunters. The restaurants in the vicinity serve mainly Indian type food. The location is good, only about 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport and similar time to the Creek, but this depends entirely on the traffic, as it took us nearly an hour to get there on a Friday evening. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel and it offered good value for money. - 20-Dec-2007 The hotel was good, hotel was clean the fcilities good. I really like the hotel and will book it for my clients however I did not likke the fact that breakfast was not included in the package. It would have been nice for it to have been included like all other hotels- 28-May-2007 We found the hotel to be excellent, the staff were very helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was great.
