 We were upgraded to a lovely suite on the 39th floor with excellent views of the city. It was a very good experience.- 04-Nov-2008 This is a classic, upscale full service hotel with unbeatable location, great, friendly service and beautiful (large for nyc) guest rooms and bathrooms; It is on my short list for definite return.- 12-Sep-2008 it was a really busy weekend and the rooms were not ready even at 7pm on the day of check in, then it took over an hour to get an extra blanket. So I rated the service bad, but the hotel is in a great location and the room was very nice - quite big, good facilities.- 05-Sep-2007 |
