we enjoyed our stay at the madison towers a couple of points we would like to make are that we were put into a tiny room that was quite clostrophobic and very not at night. we did complain on arrival but were told we could move tommorrow after un packing we didnt want the hastle of moving as we were only staying 4 nights,so we put up with it .
the second point we were not allowed to keep on the room on the day of departure, which really inconvienced us as we had a late flight home.- 12-Apr-2007 The location of this hotel was fantastic as we were just a stroll from Times Square, Macys and Fifth Avenue. However the staff in the hotel were quiet unhelpful. The room was a little small but the bed was the largest bed i have ever slept in. Fantastic bed. I would definately recommend this hotel to any traveller as the location was fantastic as were the beds- 04-Jan-2007 Perhaps a queen size bed would be preferable to the king since the room size was much smaller than I anticipated...The bed took up most of the room space. The TV was small and the movie selection disappointing. The bathroom hawever, suited our needs well. If one is merely using the room to sleep and go, it was acceptable. The staff was most accomodating. The bar is open only until midnight and has a limited selection of liquors. The room was very lovely and conducive to intimate conversation.- 02-Nov-2006 |
