Very nice hotel but not very Italian. Could be anywhere in the world.

I was very disappointed the hotel advertised that WiFi is available.... Wow great you would think but this is actually only available while sitting in the lobby? What use is that! Then the internet access cost was so high. Reception staff could be more attentive and often seemed pre-occupied while you stood waiting.
