 This is an old hotel very close to the Shanghai Airport. Smell of sigarettes is everywhere in the hotel especially in the lift and this was very annoying and hotel is not very clean. However we liked its location, cause this hotel is located in the middle of a typical Chinese shopping area, where you can find lot of nice things to buy. Late in the evening, the streets are transformed into a market, selling anything you can imagine and there are also lot of food stands with really good typical regional chinese food.- 01-Apr-2008 We chose the hotel for practicality, to be close to Pudong/Shanghai airport and it is, ~ 10 min by hotel courtesy bus. Immediate area is not touristy ( aplus) and good for wandering with markets, shops and garden nearby. Suite very good value for money. - 02-Dec-2007 |
