 This is a very elegant hotel. The service was outstanding, from valets to desk personnel. The rooms are not very big, but very elegantly appointed, and seem bigger through the judicious use of glass and mirrors. - 10-Nov-2009 We found that apart from the restaurant staff, staff in general were pretty surly and unhelpful.
