 Starting on a positive note, the hotel management was very helpful and upgraded our room to a Nile View when I realised that they only had twin beds in the standard rooms. I am surprised why a hotel would have a majority of twin rooms. To make a double bed they join two twins together. Many guests were unhappy with this. Rooms are generally clean but hallway carpets are filthy. Standard rooms look out onto the street and at a Mosque. Quite noisy at 5am. Nile rooms are much quieter and very pleasant.
