 I have stayed at the Ipanema park sevreal times now, and always the staff are helpful, the hotel is clean and facilities fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend it as is great value for money - 09-Jul-2007 I stayed overnight from Saturday to Sunday. From 08h00 on Sunday morning, the cleaning ladies were extremely noisy when cleaning the hotel rooms. They were talking loudly and slamming the doors. It is unacceptable for a 5* Hotel. I complained at the Hotel Reception about the infortunate noisy. - 20-Jun-2007 This hotel is a €5 taxi ride from the centre or an hour walk. Some of the extra facilities listed are not included in your room price such as parking €10 a day, indoor pool €5.50 per use, sauna and steam room €5.50 per use. Breakfast was very very nice though and is included. The rooms were more 3* standard than 5* but the rest of the hotel is very posh.- 14-Jun-2007 |
