 The hotel is very close to the medieval city it is however newish and well appointed- there is no noise and it has car parks if you are driving. If you are on train there is a shuttle service 1.50 euro per person hich you catch out ofthe station across the canal past the info place opposite the supermarket.( 100 meters tops) it is an uphill walk to the hotel.- 23-Aug-2008 While the hotel is very close to the old city, all the bars and restaurants were closed before 8.00pm. (We went the last weekend in Nov). There were no restaurants or bars near to the hotel and we had to have a drink of lemonade and a kit kat for tea the first evening. The town was not much better. Plenty of bars and eating places in the day, but again everything closed early evening. Thought breakfast was included in the price but we were billed for it at the end of our stay- 06-Dec-2007 I really liked the hotel but the staff didn't speak much english, just enough to get by.- 16-Apr-2007 |
