 I loved the location! The hotel staff were very nice and attentive and quickly responded to all my requests. Room service, minibar, and poolside bar prices are reasonable which is not normally the case in 4/5 star hotels. I will definitely book Inna kuta again in the near future. - 17-Jul-2008 Inna Kuta Beach is a good hotel but it does need serious attention. The rooms scream for paint and some new furniture. I was in a semi detached bungalow and the walls between the bungalows were too thin. We literally could here everything what was going on in the other bungalow. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to be close to the beach and center of Kuta. The staff is friendly and service is good.
In general I would recommend this hotel but they really have to upgrade the rooms in order to (still) be a 4 star hotel. - 06-Apr-2006 Quite an old hotel, got heater but not working very well. Good location, very convenience for those who love beach and shoping. Hotel staff are very helpful. Local tour package can easily get from the hotel or along Kuta street just outside the hotel. Booking thru hotel club is much cheaper then other internet hotel reservation website, but we did not expect that breakfast was not included.- 14-Apr-2005 |
