 The hotel was being refurbished and if you were lucky you were in one of the boutique style rooms. We were not so lucky . First we were given a room the key didnt work. The next room already had people having a nap in it. Eventually we got a room that was badly in need of a make over. the hotel offered no apology or discount. They were disorganised and seemed disinterested. A great pity! - 20-Dec-2007 An extremely average hotel. The hotel has a very strange layout. Access to our double room required negotiation [up and down] of various stairs and the route brought us through the swimming hall and gym! Very strange!! On a positive note, the staff were nice and the breakfast was good. I would suggest staying in the Grand hotel just down the road - probably the best hotel in this area.- 17-May-2007 |
