 Went recently for a mini vacation in Aug2009. The room was a little on the small side , as well as the bathrooms. Great location. I'd recommend it for the price.- 06-Aug-2009 management were very helpful as i had left my passport behind in previous city and a friend fed exed it to the hotel. This hotel was a little gem, very clean central to chicagos main shopping area and very nice hotel. I had a non smoking room and i am a smoker so im not sure if you cant smoke in chicagos hotels or if its just the hotel has no rooms available- 11-Jan-2009 fine location, in de middle of downtown chicago.
recommendable to evry one who would visit the city!
