 Extremely good service received from the staff, esp the security at the hotel lobby, making you feel welcome and safe to stay in. The staff could not find my booking when i checked in but they managed to resolve it, even upgraded my superior room booking to suite at no additional cost. Like their business model of pay only for the services you need. Definitely value for money. The only thing is the location. Tho located within Pratunam, it is quite off from the main shopping area and train station. Abt 20 mins walk to Platinum Shopping Area when traffic is heavy to take taxi- 08-Jan-2008 The hotel staffs are friendly and the rooms are newly-furbished. The only advantage is it is about 10 mins walk to the nearest BTS Train Station, Victory Monument and a 10 mins walk to the nearest Shopping Centre at Pratunam.- 02-Aug-2007 I think the hotel location is not so good as it is close to a some place with a lot of noises at night. Seemed that there was some work going on all the time at night. I didn't have a wink in my second and last day of my stay. The breakfast was very limited.
