 1) My wife and I had a long flight from Singapore to Prague via Amsterdam. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and hoping to check in and to rest. Reception at the front desk saw our documents. Hed acknowledged our booking but said nothing further. I was puzzled and asked him why. Only then he told me that check-in time could only be done at 2 pm and that I should come back later. I did not insist on early check-in but found his attitude not very customer friendly. In the end, my wife and I went for a walk without refreshing ourselves and only came back to check in the evening.
2) There is no electric kettle nor hot water flask in the room. When we asked for hot water from the hotel staff, their reply was not very helpful. They asked us to request hot water from the bar. In the end, we got it from the bar but had to carry it back to our room in a mug. Attitude from the staff at the bar was not enthusiastic either.
