 For our purposes the hotel's location was not ideal - but it was close to Spencer Street Railway station. The room was hot even though the controls said 19...and we couldn't get it cooler. The room was not very soundproofed ie we could hear people in the next room and corridor. Staff were polite, friendly and efficient. - 01-Jan-2009 Very clean, and extremely well situated for those travelling from the airport - the airport shuttle stops a very short distance away from the hotel. Breakfast is good but rather expensive if you only have the continental version (there is no different pricing for continental/cooked breakfasts, unlike in some other Ibis hotels I have stayed at). Another downside would be the view from the room: mine was right onto the waste disposal!
