 1. Receptionists understanding of English was poor
2. Maintenance was required ie door to room sticking
3. If there is to be a charge for baggage storage then a change machine should be provided in the baggage locker room or reception staff should be able to provide change.- 03-Apr-2008 Harbour view spectaclar and location perfect. Room was very modern and minimalistic, felt a little stark and cold.
