 While we were in the room, they did the drilling job next room, and it was very noisy for 10 minutes without any notice to us.
The hotel has changed management from Federal Feringgi to Hydro Majectic, we stayed there 2 years ago, but 2 years ago the service and amenities was better.
The cashier when we checked out was not friendly at all.
However, it was so sweet of the hotel to prepare a red bag with 2 oranges and a red pocket in our room. - 23-Feb-2007 The hotel has lots of room to expand and need some seriuos work to get it done- 24-Jan-2007 The hotel is pretty nice for the price, but everything is a little old and not 100% clean. The location is the min problem, this hotel is not at the Batu Ferringhi Beach!!!!! You have to go around 5-10min with taxi or shuttle (the shuttle is limited and you have to reserve and be lucky to get a seat in the morning!), even in the evening you have to go with taxi to the city (nightmarket, restaurants, and so on) as there is nothing around the hotel exept one little cafe at the hotel beach. The sea is even not very nice, it is very dirty and very loud at the beach. So if you want to make holidays on the beach do not go to Penang at all!!! - 16-Jan-2007 |
