 I was very impressed with the service once i arrived, the staff at the door explained the parking arrangements and then offered to pick me up from the parking area, which was not far away,however due to the fact that the weather was terrible it was very accomodating.I was also impressed with the fact that my luggage was taken up to my room and put away before I had even finished checking in.Very good service which will always stick in my mind.- 06-Nov-2008 I would highly recommend this hotel.
