Loved the views. We've stayed a few times at the Langham Hotel in Symonds St and although the rooms are more luxurious the view is usually over a carpark, rooftop or into someone else's apartment. Would be very happy to stay at the Hyatt again!- 17-Jun-2009 Good restaurant and bar. Rooms are now (January 2009) looking very tired but there is an upgrade planned for 2009. Rooms are rather small. Leisure centre is excellent. Good location.- 24-Feb-2009 Hotel has excellent facilities and all staff were a pleasure to deal with, however the older Guest Rooms are getting a little but dated. The furniture and fixtures could do with updating. The shower curtain in the bathroom was a bit old and mouldy smelling and the TV could do with being upgraded to a flat screen. Apart from that, the bed was comfy, the view wasn't too bad and the food was very nice.- 20-Aug-2008 |
