 The staff were very obliging and friendly, there was a muck up with our room before we arrived but the staff quickly sorted the problem.
Location was not great, we were too far from everything. There is a great little Mexican restaurant down the road.- 01-May-2006 After a little confusion about our room, they corrected the problem promptly and even sent up a "goody basket" later that evening! Awesome service!! - 01-Jan-2006 Rooms are big and clean. Hotel is about 1/2 km from the Galleria. 1/2 km from the Galleria, is another mall called Valley View. Other than these malls, there is nothing else. Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is about US$42. There is KFC, A&W and Wendy's nearby. Thre is also a 24hrs pharmacy across the road where you can stock up on drinks and tit-bits. Hotel is very far from downtown Dallas. Hotel has a fitness center which is well equipped. Breakfast is good. The hotel has a shuttle bus that can take you anywhere within a 5mile radius of the hotel.- 04-Oct-2005 |
