 Great location but potential guests have to note that the name of the hotel is a little misleading. There is a Spa downstairs but it is not part of the hotel. Also when I went, you need to book 15 days in advance for treatments at the spa. PS. take your swimming cap! - 02-Jul-2007 When we arrived, they gave us a very poor room - not realy enough room for two people. However, when we complained, we were put in an upgraded room which was excellent. You have to wonder why a 4-star hotel tries to do this. Location is good, but the hotel was very hard to find.- 30-Sep-2006 The hotel was in an excellent postion, within wlaking distance of the Old Town in one direction, and the Guggenheim in another.
