 The Hunter Resort is well located with easy access to the Hunter Valley winerise.
The cellar door Blue Tongue brewery and San Martino resteraunt made it easy to entertain yourself without having to get back in the car and drive anywhere once you had settled in your room.
The San Martino restaraunt was excellent with well prepared and presented fare.
Service at resort and restaraunt was very good.
I would stay there again happily!- 27-May-2009 very convenient location and it was great to have the bar open till late- 26-May-2009 The service in the restaurant was below average - took 1hr 15 mins to get our meal - booked in for 7pm received main meal at 8.15pm - did not order an entree. The food when it arrived was very good & the wait staff was very good - obviously then kitchen was understaffed that evening.
Would suggest that a few more items be put on the cafe menu & advertised that can order in evenings as well. - 04-Jan-2008 |
