 I was disappointed in having to wait at the airport shuttle for 45 minutes when they told us they would be there in 10 min. I was also disappoiinted the we had asked for 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds and got one with and one with only a king size bed making by 2 adult daughters sleep together.
