 After flying from Western Australia. My flight arrived very late after midnight, the cab driver had taken me to the wrong hotel. I was absolutely exhausted when I eventually got to your hotel, and the night duty manager was incredible. He was very friendly and helpful, made me a cup of coffee and took my bags to my room. I think that was the best service I received in the whole of the USA.

- 06-Apr-2009 The hotel is nice and affordable... my friends and I were quite satisfied in our stay. The daytime reception is friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of the pick and drop shuttle bus service... convenient to public transport...and the breakfast is nice... Should we visit NY again... we will definetely stay in this hotel again.....my friend only wish he can choose a room that is far from the lift lobby.... it is a little noisy hearing people coming in and out... This may be a difficult to resolve, but with a short note of "Please be considerate with other guest...keep your voice down" or anything similar...might help. - 08-Dec-2008 We particularly apppreciated the friendly, good-humoured and very helpful reception staff, who know how to empathise with clients and who made our stay enjoyable. Hotels can be pretty impersonal and anonymous places-yet this hotel has clearly something going for it- a personal touch.
