 The location was great. The staff amazing. The rooms weren't bad, of note it is a in window air conditioner. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating and helpful. I loved the convenience of the location on Powell. We had a room on the southside of the hotel so the noise level from the action on Powell Street was very tolerable. The hotel has a lot of character in its design, rooms are not the largest - more of what you'd expect in Europe - but very comfortable. Well appointed and clean. The beds were quite comfortable and we had great closet space. There was complimentary coffee and tea every morning on the second floor!
