 We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel as from its name we thought it was a low-quality chain but it was great. Excellent location, period architecture maintained, superbly clean, and very friendly front desk. Plus a very handy service of two free internet terminals in their foyer. Even on a bank weekend it did not feel busy. Would recommend it to anyone. The bedrooms are small but clean and well-equipped, including with a huge flatscreen tv on the wall.
