 We booked a room for a one night stay and because there were a number of conventions in the hotel were upgraded to a suite without even asking - Our new room was fantastic although the orginial one did look a bit small. Bar and resteraunt were plush if a little pricy and the location is supurb. Staff were all excellent- 04-Feb-2008 Excellent stay, the room was great and very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent for central London and you dont have to use the tube if you dont want to for Oxford Street. Only negative was that the continental breakfast wasnt that great and you were segregated on the Sun Morning from those having the full breakfast.- 15-Mar-2007 The hotel was in a fantastic location, and although we had trouble with the lighting in our first room, the hotel were quick to make amendments and we were upgraded.
