 Though the hotel is new and located in downtown in Kowloon, their service was very good like 5 star to me. I will surely use it again and I prefer to stay in double bed room.- 13-Oct-2009 Recently took advantage of an upgrade to Platinum class room which gave us a marvellous view of the harbour, free breakfast for 2 and access to drinks and canapes in the Executive Club - excellent value and thoroughly recommended.- 21-Sep-2009 The hotel needs to make non-english speaking taxi drivers aware of their existence - ours had trouble finding the place, because it wasn't on his comprehensive list of hotels.
