 It is a nice hotel with friendly staff, located in a safe area nearby all major attractions and shopping malls.. however:
-The hotel staff doesn't speak english too well, it would be much better when they train their staff in english
-There is no tour desk at the hotel, every 4 star hotel should have it..
-There is no gym and no pool in the hotel which is really sad...- 19-Jul-2007 excellent hotel, very modern, great staff and very nice throughout. the hotel was opened just last year, i believe, so it has a freshness about it. the staff was very helpful and took our bags in as we arrived before check-in. the price was also excellent via [your website]. the location is immediately across (2 second walk) from the Hanzomon subway station which is excellent. those with a JR rail pass can do without buying subway tickets and use the nearby JR rail station. this requires a 10 minute walk through a nice residential/commercial area which is quite nice in all cases. i would definitely recommend this hotel again. - 25-Jun-2007 Hotel was in a reasonable location, quite central to everything, although there was not much choice in the immediate area with regards to restaurants and shops. The Hanzomon subway station was right across the road, while the JR station was about 15-20 mins' walk away. The room was a good size, very modern and clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.- 02-May-2007 |
