 This hotel is on the outskirts of the city of Siena and the city is within walking distance from the hotel but quite a long walk is involved to get into the heart, Il Campo piazza, which used to take us about 15-20 minutes.
The facilites are adequate and the continental breakfast provided was good. Was pleased with our room and the ensuite.
There was no room service and at times the staff were very unhelpful in dealing with our requests especially at night.
