 Great hotel for the price. Wonderful location within walking distance from the Forbidden City and Tianmen Square and the Wafujing shopping district. Very friendly staff and updated facilities.- 13-Oct-2008 The hotel is in a great location just a few hundred metres from the east gate of the Forbidden City and walking distance to Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and the Donghuamen night snacks market.
Staff were the most friendly during our stopovers in China and Hong Kong, and while communication in English was sometimes difficult, it wasn't too challenging.
Rooms very clean and functional, although some of the 'trendier' features (glass walls around the bathrooms) weren't overly practical.Would definitely highly recommend to a friend and would stay there again. - 05-Oct-2008 Very, very good location. Literally a 2-3 min. walk from Forbidden City and 10-15 min. walk (depending on how slow you walk) to Tian'anmen Square.
Room was very spacious and clean (to the point where I felt comfortable walking bare foot everywhere. And yes, I am a clean freak to the extreme). Would definitely stay again.- 05-Jun-2008 |
