 I think the hotel is good for anyone to stay there, the price is not bad. But, sometimes the morning call is not on time, so maybe you should arrange an earlier morning call for you.- 07-Sep-2005 The hotel is well situated in Perth, walking distance to Swan River and to the free CAT services. Its also near the shopping area, money changers and quite a few car rentals nearby.
My only complaint is the staff seems a bit cold towards asian while showing much more enthusiasm when serving caucasian customers.1 particular incident I remember is where I went to the front desk to ask if a fax I was expecting has arrived. They did a quick check and then told me there isn''t any. I even asked if they''re sure because my family called me up to tell me they''ve already faxed over. After I reached my room and started calling back home to ask my family to try to find a fax machine to fax again (because its now after office hour) I noticed there is a message for me that came in the afternoon and called the front desk. The reception told me theres a fax waiting for me!
