The lack of Chromecast made downtime tedious!!! Noisy communal areas and cleaning staff starting too early disrupted my sleep!!! Tight parking options were frustrating and the check-in process lacked efficiency!!!

the room was simply tiny, like a box, and instead of a nice view, i got a lovely concrete wall. not to mention the utterly disappointing lack of any toiletries except for hand soap. oh, and where was my complimentary upgrade? i thought I deserved at least that for putting up with all the inconveniences.

The location is superb , right by Cathedral Square perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Housekeeping was efficient and prompt, keeping the area tidy. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.
