The hotel's location in the central business district made it incredibly convenient to explore Christchurch. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the new shopping precinct opposite the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and continental options were delicious, especially the cinnamon buns. The laundry facilities in the basement were an added bonus.

Some lights in the room were fused, causing a minor inconvenience.

Great value for money with excellent attention to detail. This hotel is at the centre of the city, perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions on foot. The room was modern and spacious, equipped with all the basic amenities and even had a view of the Port Hills. The breakfast included eggs and had vegan options available.

We also loved the hotel's initiative of donating $10 to charity if we opted out of daily cleaning service during our stay.

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice surprise, as well as the free shuttle to nearby attractions. The hotel is perfectly situated near the shopping district and parks, making it easy to get to everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed.

The room was quite small, and there wasn't much of a view. We also noticed a number of homeless people sleeping nearby, which made us feel a bit uneasy walking to and from the hotel.
