nice, very quiet but in the midle of nowhere

A pleasant hotel in a quiet location. The room was fine, except prefer bar of soap to the dispensers and very surprised that no shampoo was provided considering what we were paying. I realise the hotel was fully booked for the week but knowing that I would have thought the hotel would put on more staff for breakfast. The service was slow, tables not cleared quickly enough, spoons, forks, glasses ran out and we had to ask for replacements, it was very poor. On the Saturday one very pleasant woman was on by herself and she had to get one of the receptionists to come in and help.

Lack of attention to detail, eg: shower plug not cleaned. Bar staff untrained, eg: what is Ouzo, Excellent meals in restaurant. Excellent buffet breakfast.
