Front Desk service very efficient and friendly.
The Hotel dining room was excellent - great food, friendly service.
Complaints: Beds TOO narrow and 'lumpy' - no exhaust fan in bathroom.(is'nt this supposed to be compulsory??)- 09-Apr-2008 This facility was poor. The twin room was so tiny that it was unacceptable for two adults to stay in.
The ladies toilet off the main foyer was disgusting. The sanitary bin had not been emptied and was overflowing with insects crawling through it.The smell was truly offensive. The hotel staff were notified each day we stayed but at the time of our departure had still failed to address the issue.
We will not be recommending the hotel to others and will not be returning- 04-Feb-2008 Steps up to the swimming pool were rusty and the hotel seemed just a little past its best! - 15-Jan-2008 |
