 The hotel has only two floors and very long corridors but no lift or escalator. - 04-Jan-2007 I had an extremely enjoyable stay at the Grand Chancellor the facilities were excellent the only drawback was my kettle did not work, not a major concern but something that should have been seen to before check-in. Otherwise the service was great my expectations were exceeded with the appearance of my room and the Hotel itself!! I would definately stay there again as definately value for money!! Excellent!!- 15-Dec-2006 We were offended by having to pay for a car park for a night's parking. The hotel has a totally electronic gated ticket system which one must have a credit card for not mention a degree to operate. The hotel would do well to issue car park tickets at the office and include the cost along with the other services the hotel provides. - 09-Nov-2006 |
