 Muscat is quite an expensive city in which to stay. If you simply need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, then this is worth considering. Room service was also OK, if like us, you enjoy Indian food. We used it as a perfect base to explore the environs of Muscat, including Qurayyat, reached in an hour via a fabulous drive through the mountains.
That said, we stayed in late February (cooler season) & the AC had trouble in effectively cooling the room. This was a large room, with a high ceiling & it is possble that the AC is undersized for the air volume, presumably increasingly so in the summer months.- 26-Feb-2009 Staff very accommodating.
