This hotel also has some of the interesting places of Sydney including Art Gallery of New South Wales, Elizabeth Bay House and ANZAC War Memorial in its surroundings.

Hotel Formule 1 Kings Cross offers internet facility for the convenience of both business travellers and holidaymakers. A trip to Sydney is not complete without visiting the Hyde Park Barracks, Sydney Mint as well as Wentworth Park, a multi-purpose sporting venue used for conducting various sports such as rugby union, rugby league, soccer, greyhound racing and many others.
 We were initially given a room, that wasn't double glazed and faced a road that was busier than the M25 in London. There was as much noise as in the Fast and Furious movies, and after 2 nights without sleep we had to ask to be moved. The people were very accomodating and moved us to a room at the back of the hotel, which was much better. - 04-Sep-2009 I stayed here twice in a period of 2 weeks. On both occassions there were no towels in the room and nothing to use for a drink of water. The airconditioner was terrible. It didnt get the room cool at all.
They would have to lift their game if I was to stay there again.- 27-Jan-2009 This is my third visit to Sydney Australia. After 1 1/2 hours of flight from Collangata Gold Coast, I finally arrived there. The taxi driver stopped at the rear entrance of the motel and with 2 big bags and 2 small bags, I struggled myself to carry these bags up 10 steps of stairs. There I noticed that the vending machine for hot drinks are out of order.Then, I have to carried these bags alone to my room. Travelling with 2 small children make it harder since the lift is too small. But when enter the room,very frustrated that the room size is very small.Even smaller that my office. It takes only 4 big steps to cover from the toilet to the end of the room. Only 6 TV channel and Pay TV when asked is not working. In summary, I strongly give thumb down to this motel. Please spent a few AUSD to get another motel. I sure would not stay here in my next visit, which is 4 years from now. - 10-Dec-2007 |
